That was me, and I never insinuated he would have got off. Again, if he was captured, he would still be kicking 1-5 years from now. Even this administration would eventually have to do something. Obama and his cabinet did not find OSama, the CIA and the guys wearing the boots on the ground did, as well as finally greasing the right hands. 10 years later and we still talk about trials for those at Gitmo, let alone the ones we let go that are out back in their cells and bomb factories. That is a fact! Even a broken clock is correct 2 times a day. Only one letter seperates Obama and Osama...interesting.
