Tea Tree Oil is a natural antibacterial and is an ingredient used in many dog shampoos. Paul Mitchell's line is one.
I'd bathe a young yorkie pup every fortnight. They don't usually need weekly bathing at this point unless they get into mud or have an accident that requires it.
I bathed weekly using a very mild shampoo solely because my ZoE sleeps with me and I want a clean pup on my bed.
