With our Liberal Attorney General and President, it would have been a farce and most likely, it would have taken years for a trial, and then they would debate where to hold it, civil or military, etc....all the while, driving the radicals and Government officials that hide him crazy. The President wouldn't have had the power to decide where his trial would be held. He is not above International Law. Remember, it was our liberal President that gave the order to shoot him.
