Yes it was actually the Canadian Tire in Grande Prairie
They have a sign on the treat bucket right inside the door that says "Pets are welcome, Take a Treat!"
I haven't tried anywhere else either! Might try the Peavy Mart today... but that's also a hardware store and they seem to now mind as much. I used to work at Lowe's in the states and people brought in dogs, cats, and even saw a couple sugar gliders, and once a tiny little owl.
