If the dog is sitting quietly in its carrier at the owners feet I don't see a problem with it. I haven't sneaked Rizzo anywhere, I'll just stop at an outdoor cafe if I have him with me and the people working will usually bring out a bowl of cold water for him. Personally I'd rather have a restaurant full of dogs, quietly in their carriers then one little kid running around screaming and making obnoxious noises. |
