Well they do not allow it, but I know that some do. I assume with older, more mellow dogs.
I say sneak...I don't sneak her into food joints, but I DO sneak her into clothing stores. Lol. I'm not comfortable taking her into places with food. Especially since she's not so well behaved yet.
