My two chase birds... I could never own a bird because one of them would kill it. However, I know several members on here own parrots, macaws, cockatiels etc and their dogs like peacefully with them.
My grandfather has a parrot and we were getting it out to hold it... and he freaked and flew across the room and landed on the floor. In a split second, Couver was on top of the bird trying to attack it. Both my grandfather and I ran across the room and tripped over things trying to separate the two. Luckily, neither of them were hurt and we were able to separate them without incident. |
