I'm a new member and a new yorkie mom of Henry. I still have a lot to learn.
Tell me this.....do all yorkies really dislike birds? I have a fenced in back yard so I take him out there and let him run around. And he spends a lot of time barking and "chasing" birds. Sadly today we found that a baby bird fell into my back yard.
Henry chased it around. It took a lot for me to get Henry to let it go. Luckily Henry didn't kill it, but now I have to take him out with a harness until the bird can fly. Otherwise I'm not sure what else to do. The other birds were screeching and flying overhead as well since the baby bird was making a lot of noise.
