This was my biggest pet peeve at Petsmart- groomers who are actively grooming a dog SHOULD NOT be answering the phone as well. Answering machines were invented for a reason, if someone can't answer, let it go to the machine/ voicemail. If you are so concerned about losing a potential client, your priorities are so messed up. They were the first of two groomers I left that I found answering the phone while my dog sat on the table.
PM Britster I know she uses a mobile groomer and I believe she is in MD.
