Congratulations on your litter. Hope all are doing well.
I will add I think 12 weeks is a better time for them to go to new homes. My two boy pups were very sturdy and healthy at 10 weeks and I was going to let them go then, but decided to wait...as it turned out I was amazed at how much they do grow socially and how much their mother really interacted with them during that 2 short week period. I really paid attention as I wanted to try to see for myself "why 12 wks" and again amazing amount of mental and social growing during that short time.
And we also got a younger pup around that time assuming she'd fit in with the pups and though our mama dog did accept her and work with her like her own pup (the pup even thinks she's her mother) now that she's older there is something missing in her maturity level & independence. I realize different parents, different set of circumstances, different personality, different lineage, etc could all play into that but I think it was getting her too early/away from her natural mother (at least contributed to the difference).
Things to consider.
