Your right, nothing in your post is funny- it is very sad- hence the hope that it is a joke.
You let your dog mate with the neighbors dog- so chances are good, neither dog had the proper health testing to be bred.
Now the pups are too "overwhelming" so you sent them home at 7 weeks- They shouldn't have gone home until 12 weeks that is WAY more than 1 week early.
