Suzi was at the 7Lb range on her last vet checkup. BUT , now she is bigger. Only because I was concerned about my shih tzu not geting enough to eat, so I mixed in evo red meat. A super high protein kibble. Well it was only a month ago and I swear Suzi has gained a few pounds! Now could be considered a teapot. I think a lot of it is what your feeding your yorkie. Some of these toy breeds love their food, and this can contribute to their size. Suzi is a beautiful, loving, energetic yorkie . When I got her she was so little. She could fit in my hands. Now she is 3 years old , and a whole lot bigger. Their is just more to love when it comes to our larger yorkies.
