I don't think it's to blame on Canadians not having a clue... we have 33million people in this country so think how much more cluelessness goes on in the States with 333 million people, ya know? And how many MORE puppy mills. Which btw Huntes is located in the states... they ship to Canada though.


All around the world this happens, and it's extremely sad and upsetting. When I see puppies at PJ's Pets or other places I always want to stick them in my purse and run! If only I had the money for all the potential vet bills eh!
