I agree as well. The large number of breeds available is a red flag, but so too is the fact that even though they have business hours, they say you "must" (and they themselves put quotes around the word) make an appointment. I can understand making an appointment with a breeder who breeds in their home, but why would you have to make an appointment to visit a business aslong as it during the hours that they are open? My mentor runs a daycare/boarding facility and tells people that they are more than welcome to stop by anytime to check the place out and to see her Yorkies. If you are able to, I would definitely check the place out so that you can see for yourself what type of place this is. Good luck!
