I think I left Cooper home alone freely when he was about 6 months. Max is another story. I can barely leave him unsupervised even if I'm home! He's such a huge troublemaker. He's 11 months old and when he's not climbing the furniture to reach the highest point possible he's eating and chewing anything and everything he possibly can. When I leave the house I tell him to "go to your playpen" and he runs there without issue. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to leave him without the playpen
