I am having that problem with my puppies Pickles and Snickers. I give them Blue Kibble mixed with Nutro Puppy food, and they just eat around it. I don't want them to rely on just wet because of dental issues that may arise later on.
My vet also suggested that I have them eat their food in the same spot every time and then pick it up after 15-20 min. I just started this idea a few days ago, and I feel like I am mommy dearest :-( But its supposed to teach them that they only get food at a certain time and eat it while its out. Has anyone done this technique and if you can give me some ideas? Should I change their puppy food gradually or stick with the food I have? Blue is pretty expensive and the wet food is being wasted each time. Thank you so much everyone.
