Even though you think it most probably was your sister-in-law, it could have been someone else. I know you said you'd put him out on the 10' lead every since you'd lived there, but there's always the possibility of some weird coming around that wasn't there originally. It would be a good idea to use a pee pad indoors when you can't stand outside by him. Take it easy to slow down/and stop those contractions and best of luck to all of you....the baby, you and your puppy.
