I have two young children and we do just fine. My husband has had the accidents with stepping on and accidentally kicking the dogs. I hope that you don't keep your yorkie completely secluded from children, I think it is best to socialize a yorkie to prevent fear and biting. I hope your cousin teaches the children how to behave and treat a puppy, it can be a rewarding experience for puppy and kids. My children are not allowed to pick up the dogs or act crazy in the house. Hopefully she will set rules too. |
