You are both in my prayers for sure. I do hope you take some time for yourself, I know from experience that taking care of someone who is ill can eventually take its toll. It is okay to ask for help and to get some rest, it helps ensure that you are in a good spot mentally and physically for your loved one.
I hope I don't offend by saying this. I grew up with a father who had multiple sclerosis and became a quadraplegic. My mother was his main care giver, and us 4 kids helped out a lot also. It helped so much when she got a little help...I truly wish you both the best.
