The only dog I have ever had that was that young was a little schnauzer. She literly had to learn to lap she was so tiny. When we got Kayla (yorkie) we put a little water bottle in the kennel. I didn't let her out without supervision because of our other dogs. She loved it and then when she was out running around she would go to the water bowl with the other ones and she just learned on her own to drink. But, the water bottle really came in handy. You might try it with this little one. |
