The adult HS is destroyed, the roof of the main HS and all of the big air conditioning units are blown off. The roof of the Vocational school is gone. But the main thing is there was not one single injury, of course it helps that it happened at 10pm. There are lots of damaged homes also.
There was a tornado that hit the same way when I was a freshman at the same school in 1976, and this is the first one we have had hit here since.
Very scary stuff as we aren't used to having these huge type of storms here near the mountains. The next county over had 7 fatalities and two small children and several adults are missing.
