My heart goes out to her. Ten years ago my mom house sat for us while we went on a trip. One of my cats, Sasha, somehow got out. My mom stressed out about telling me. Sasha found her way back home. She was out on her own for 4 days. She came home our 3rd night home. I was a wreck until she got home. I went outside and called for her routinely. I heard Sasha meow outside and went running. I picked her up and cried as I cuddled her to me. I was full of so much relief for getting her back safely.
I pray that she gets to experience that same rush of joyous emotion.
