So I bought him some new food today. The Wellness super5 mix just for puppies.
I am going to start slowly switching him over a little each day.
I also bought some more shampoo for him, the crazydog baby dog shampoo and some spray that come with it for conditioning.
To answer the questions above:
He is a puppy 4 months old.
He doesnt have any spots or red marks on him anywhere.
He is not itching all the time just a few times aday I catch him. His skin is a little white colored from the dryness but not noticable unless you are looking for it.
I hope the food switch and the new bath soap will help him
