Then Heidi is naughty too... I can spend all that time getting her looking beautiful and she can mess it up in 2 seconds. I have found though that when I'm finished just as I begin to set her on the floor, if I ask her if she wants a treat she's gets all excited following me across the room to get the treat that she forgets to mess it up! Its not always a sure thing, but helps most of the time. Or sometimes after I groom her, I'll carry her around a bit and talk to her a few minutes she forgets to mess it up.
