If their is puss , that is a sign of infection. PLease take your baby to the vet. Then go back to the groomer with your reciept from the vet, and let them pay for the expenses.
I would be livid if my groomer did not tell me they nicked my dog , and not only once but twice.
I actually accidently did this to my Suzi when trying to trim hair off her ear. She let out the biggest cry. and then tiny spots of blood . She was fine , thankfully, and her ear was fine, you could not even see it, and it did not bleed off and on like yours are. Yep, definately take your little one to the vet asap.
