Tibbe is getting positively white toward his hair's ends! And he's one of those who wallows and rolls all over the place after he is bathed, groomed and brushed and pretty. It is like he cannot stand his hair to be down closefitting to his body so off he goes messing it all up again until it begins to curl out from all of the rubbing. When he does it on the rugs it stands out like Woodstock's after he's used the blowdryer!
