she is very cute little puppy. And I do agree that she is not a pure bred one. She definately looks like she has Chi in her, just by her face and ears. Chi's have short hair. Unless this pups parents had a long haired chi. regardless, this is probably why your baby's hair is not growing. It might not ever grow, or if it does will be slowly, and not turn the regular colors a Yorkie will have.
