I took in a yorkie for a couple of weeks, while I looked for a home for her and I toyed with the idea of keeping her for myself and as company for ZoE.

ZoE did not like the other dog being here at all. It was two weeks of hell. I felt horrible that I'd stressed ZoE out, who was doing so incredibly well before this experience.

ZoE is my sidekick . I take her everywhere, but work, with me. Dinner, movies, friends, family, etc. She is trained to hop in her kwigy bo & stay quiet when she needs to. It's alot harder to take two with you & expect people to welcome two into their home at each visit. Yes, you don't mind leaving them home as much with each other for company...but I like taking a pup with me

The other pup went to a great local home and now it's back to just ZoE & me...and we both like it alot better. My kids are grown & away at college, so I'm able to be on the go alot, whenever I like, and I love the portability of one! If I was to ever think of adding another yorkie to the family...I'd think real hard & do it at a time when my life is calm and I have the time to dedicate to making the transition go more smoothly. But, I think it will probably be just ZoE & me!
