Good morning fellow Yorkie lovers

We're new to YorkieTalk and wanted to see if anyone out there could help us out..

We recently moved from Michigan to Florida, and this year will be my 5 year old yorkie’s first summer in Florida. My concern is how my long haired yorkie is going to handle the heat, here. Would it be a good idea, to give my yorkie a “puppy cut", to help keep her cooler, in the Florida summer heat?

How do other Florida Yorkies do their hair in the summer??
