Wow...I am so sorry this happened to your lil guy...not to minimize it but someone else said that your brother should run...and fast....
A girl I worked with was going thru a divorce and it got nasty her husband ambushed her and shot her twice killing her then killed himself...leaving 2 little children behind....you never know about a person when they snap....taday your dog tomorrow you...please be carefull....
