 dry skin/hair loss
Cooper is 5 months old and is having a problem with hair falling out and dry flaky skin. Changed her food over a week and a half time frame. It's been a week now on Holistic Select for puppies and have used TropiClean puppy shampoo with BioGroom Silk Conditioning Creme Rinse.
We are treating him for puppy mange...scraping didn't show the common type and feels we need to rule out the more difficult type of mange that lives in the follicle. If no improvement will see a derm to see about allergy, or possibly alopecia.
Hoping changing food will help to flaky skin. Any sugestions would be appreciated! |
