Well I have the go ahead from my husband, my Dad and his girlfriend (who look after Buddy when we are away) to get another dog if I want, but its not what I want, its whether Buddy wants a play friend, hes 3 in July, neutured etc, does not mind being on his own whilst I am at work, I come home at dinner for him to go out, but when we go to the park and he cannot find another dog to play with, he looks so miserable, he parks his bum in the middle of the field and patiently waits and looks for a dog to play with, he wont fetch ball or stick, thinks thats boring, he only likes to play with his big ted that I hold and pretend its another dog, last week I walked with a couple who had two yorkies and they run around in the park brilliantly, he didnt want to leave them, so what should I do? This has been going on now for 3 months plus, its not been a last night decision, one minute I am looking for another and the next I am thinking, no, hes fine.

You really do need to think about this.............. I got my little Rylee 4 months ago.......My Chihuahua is 10 years old now and has ALWAYS loved playing with my sisters dogs whenever they visited.....however......it was a whole different story when I brought Rylee home. He is finally just now getting used to her!!!! He was VERY jealous at first and got pretty depressed. He never tried to hurt her but he let her know that he was NOT happy she was around. I guess he was so used to being "king of his castle" that it was hard for him to have the competition. I worried about him when he was depressed................he is slowly coming out of it.................but VERY slowly!!!!
