Hopefully she just became sensitive to one of the ingredients. Maybe she is developing some IBD or the like. Yorkies' intestines aren't the best.
I'm definitely not an expert, but I would pick a protein source other than what is in the food she has gotten for the last two years (and a grain if you don't go gra free).
