When she is reverse sneezing, putting your finger(s) over her nose for a second should help her stop (if it is truly reverse sneezing).

Regular sneezes can be from allergies, but that isn't the only possibility. How often is it happening? Since it's a new occurrence and it sounds like she is doing it regularly, I'd go ahead and have the vet take a look.
