Alice and my Akita will both ocassionaly vomit "yellow foam" if they haven't eaten recently enough, such as if there's a late start to the morning for some reason, or they're being really picky and don't eat their food. It's bile and 99% of the time just a sign of a really empty tummy.
Can you feed her smaller amounts more frequently? That should help
