I'd also be looking at dietary intolerance, especially since the chicken and rice went well. Switching to something with a different protein and carb source (not high fat) wouldn't hurt. Because testing has already been done, everything is probably fine. If the food switch doesn't work, then drugs and maybe more testing is what I'd think about...
Since she has already been to the vet, did they mention anything about an intestinal diet trial?
