Tibbe takes about 30 mins. from ear cleaning, the bathing, rinsing and towel drying as his coat is short and cottony. With his coat, I only use a hair dryer when it is cold. He loves to dry himself with a couple of towels on the floor rolling and wallowing around on them, running all through the house air-drying, then playing matador/bull with the towels. One of the joys of his life is playtime with the towels and mommie after his bath. The final touch to his bath is a good brushing on the back porch, spraying on his Fresh "N Clean doggie cologne and a run in the sun all around the yard. Then he comes in, has a good long drink of water, wallows all around on the floor and the couch to muss up his just-brushed coat and a happy-barking session. He gets such a charge out of all this when he finally goes down for a nap, it is usually a long one.
