I'm really sorry for what you are going and have gone through with your experiences with these Kennel owners.

My suggestion to you would obtain a 2nd opinion from an Orthopedic Surgeon. LP in this day and age seems to be the surgery of the month for some vets. An Ortho surgeon will advice you not to have the surgery performed unless a dog has become lame. LP can be a genetic problem and can also be initied by a dog's enviornment, by allowing the dog to jump......But, as Gemy stated it can be managed.


There is another thread on this Kennel that from time to time draws the attention of newbies that on their first post sing the praises of Kingcreek.
