I have four in full coats. It takes me about 2 hours per dog.

I completely comb out first, do nails, trim feet and butt and tummy and ears, clean ears and teeth and eyes (with eyewash).

Then in the sink, check anal glands and express if needed, wet, shampoo (removes outer gunk), rinse, shampoo again with a different brand (really gets them clean), rinse, condition with 2 types mixed togeter and massage it in for a few minutes, rinse, condition again if needed, rinse, towel dry and give the dog a break.

Then blow dry and comb out, adjust parts and do top knots, trim or shorten coat lengths if needed.

Done. Whew!
