I am confused, for someone not interested in breeding or obtaining a parti yorkie, why you're so interested in the registration process? I can assure you it's not a question of whether "it is true", as I just received my AKC registration papers for Razz.....color is listed as...." Black and tan, parti-color. Do you need to see a copy to be satisfied?
