 Chronic Kidney Failure
He usually is so excited to see Veruca and he didn't even wag his tail. From what his owner tells me it sounds like kidney failure with metabolic acidosis. he's lethargic and not acting normally. They are giving him fluids at home right now and some other drugs to try and make his blood more alkaline. Does anyone know what's normally done for a yorkie with chronic kidney failure? |
