People are stupid. She should never have touched that dog without permission. I learned that as a child and I have told my children the same. That dog doesn't know you. I've had people touch my children when they were little in the stroller. That's gross don't touch my baby. My dogs are not snappy either, they have never snapped but you never know they are dogs remember. Anything could freak them out. Maybe she has a dog and the smell is on her. Who knows. I will tell people that they snap if they are getting too pushy and want to hold them or something.
