I ended up returning it.
It kind of fit him weird... there was a big 'bump' from where the strap wouldn't fit through all the way. Hard to explain, but here were the pics where you could see what I mean...

I really did love it but it was just an odd fit. I tried the 5 and it was too small and the 6 just seemed too big... I dunno, I wish they had made in between sizes.
And thanks guys... I think I'm just gonna try to find a good nylon harness tomorrow that will fit him well and work good for the summer.
