I know you've talked about your outdoor area in the past. You really need to control where she goes. You should have her on a dewormer from the vet - not over the counter. I assume you are giving her heartworm medication monthly as well as flea & tick monthly applications. Have you read this?

She can still be on a puppy food until she is a year old. I give mine Dick Van Patton's Ultra Premium Chicken Small Bites. She's eaten it for some years now and still loves it. I, also, change a second dry food and mix a little in with it. Currently, the second food I'm using is Fromm's Chicken a la Veg. She likes it, but she loves her Dick Van Patton's.
I hope your little girl will get over the problems she's having now.
