I was going to say the same thing about the velcro. It just doesn't seem safe enough for me. I know others on the forum prefer fancier harnesses, but I think the nylon ones can be so practical. Levi has a million harnesses, and his favorite is still a plain old sturdy step-in nylon harness. It's cool in the summer and fits under jackets in the winter.
