I have taken those personally but no dog experience. My Jilly had LP diagnosed but never severe enough to cause limping or surgical correction. I don't think she ever subluxed or dislocated other than when being manipulated by the vet. They didn't really help me much due to severity of the problem but some people say those supps help them.
