Well Yorkies are notorious for retaining their baby teeth. As for the breeding side of this, why would you want to breed if you don't know that faults that these little guys have in the first place, retaing teeth one of them. Second, don't use this as a bargaining chip to the breeder, it's not fair. She could just as easily sell you a female who will not come in heat or have other problems. Then what? If you are looking for breeding stock I think that you either have to buy male/female that are already grown up so you could know what you are getting and make sure that they are healthy, LP being one major health problems they are prone too. And usually the females go for more money then the males do, so I don't think that the breeder will be giving you any "deal". I would just take the little guy to the vets and have his baby teeth removed, and just wait the rest out, they may drop, sometimes it just takes a little longer for some...
