I did end up buying it and Rylie seems to like it. She's not too much of puller, but it holds her when she does decide to pull. It is also super cute!
I am very excited for the good weather and more walks!
However, on our last walk we got caught in the rain and got all muddy
Luckily, the harness escaped mud free!
