I just took Pnut in Home Depot today!
Maybe the lady shouldn't have went in that close to the dog, or asked the owner if she could pet the dog... You dont go putting your face all up in a dogs area without knowing the dog! IMO
BUT If the owner knew the dog was a little touchy the owner should have said something before hand... It is bad on both parts if you ask me.
