theie is a cleaner called proklean this is very good, I used it before on some bad odors and it was the only thing to take it away, they are a little pricey , but it worked for me. They are out of oregon and the stuff ships from nevada, good luck they can be burgers to potty train, keep them in a confined space and reward her alot when she uses the pad or whatever she uses.
